Yes we do! However, a concrete scope of work needs to be prepared with Data Flow Diagrams. If not available with client, we work on them too.

We have expertise to work on both. Platform choosing depends on the how much time client has and how much s/he is willing to spend on the application.

Usually we prefer Skype communication, but not limited to that. We also take up calls, emails, Google hangout and other means of communication. Our ultimate aim for the communication is it should be smooth, less time taking and comfortable for both parties, medium does not matter much.

We see any Android app as 70% of server-side development and 30% of front-end side development. A business oriented applications must need a solid back-end which makes the app safe, secure and manageable. Moreover, high impact of server-side development reduces overall cost of the application.
