Hire Resources

The resource will work for following hours:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 10:30am IST to 7:00pm IST
Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day, 40 Hours/Week, 160 Hours/Month
Chat Support: Up to 8:30pm IST for an urgency

Whatever style you wish! Our resource will be available on chat and call through Skype, Hangouts, Slack or other such communication tools. Moreover, the project tracking tools like Asana, Jira, Trello,etc.. also can be used for reporting and project updates. Our engineers are very familiar and quick with these tools.

In a project based resource hiring, depending upon project scale we may or may not allocate multiple resource on the same project.

Depending upon project complexity we hire different level of experience resources which fits to your deadline and also can be cost-effective to you.

With each such project, we allocate a project manager who will be the medium of project handling along with the actual engineer.

For project-based model:
– The payment terms will be divided in the milestones.
– Milestones get completed, you pay.
– The pricing will be decided according to the service we need to provide, like preparing scope of work, development cost, support costs and project manager involvement cost.

For resource-based model:
– This will be a monthly billing.
– Whether resource is loaded with task or not, if the agreement is on, you pay.
